1) Singles Final

Seventh seed Miomir Kecmanovic of Serbia is into his second Delray Beach Open final in three years, having lost in 2023 to Taylor Fritz. He will face eighth seed Alejandro Davidovich Fokina of Spain who is playing in the Delray Beach Open for the first time.

  • This is Kecmanovic's fifth ATP Tour final and he has one title; this is Davidovich Fokina's second ATP Tour final and he is aiming for his first title.
  • This is the third time a Serbian player has reached the final (Kecmanovic-2023, Janko Tipsarevic-2011)
  • A Serbian player has never won the title
  • This is the second time a Spanish player has reached the final (Alex Calatrava-2000)
  • A Spanish player has never won the title
  • The seventh seed has won the tournament three times. The eighth seed has never won it.
  • Kecmanovic is in both the singles and doubles finals. Three players in the history of the tournament have won both in the same year: Xavier Malisse-2007, Jan-Michael Gambill-2001, Todd Woodbridge-1995
  • Both Kecmanovic and Davidovich Fokina qualified for the 2019 ATP Next Gen Finals for the best young players on tour. Kecmanovic defeated Davidovich Fokina to reach the semifinals.
  • This is the 14th time in the 33 years of the tournament that no American has been in the singles final.
  • South Florida connection: Kecmanovic won the prestigious Orange Bowl junior tournament in 2015

2) Doubles Final

The American doubles players Christian Harrison and Evan King are on a roll. They won their first title as a team and as individuals last week in Dallas and are now in the final in Delray Beach in just their third ATP Tour event together. They are on a 7-match win streak together, not including two qualifying matches they won in Dallas to get into the main draw. In 2021, Harrison reached the Delray Beach Open doubles final with his brother, Ryan, and the singles semifinals as a qualifier. King was the winningest player of all time at Michigan, where he was a three-time All-American 2011-13.

Harrison and King will face American Brandon Nakashima and Serbian Miomir Kecmanovic, who are playing together this week for the first time. Nakashima is playing in his first ATP Tour doubles final, and Kecmanovic has one ATP doubles title to his name. Kecmanovic is trying to become the fourth player to win the singles and doubles titles in the same year at the Delray Beach Open.
